Position Summary/Essential Duties:
â€¢ Contributes to the annual people strategy (engagement/culture) and manages key projects aligned with that strategy.
â€¢ Assesses the needs of the organization and designs integrated talent management solutions
including performance management tools and resources.
â€¢ Consults with management and partners with HR Business Leads to identify organizational
development needs based on business needs and organizational change.
â€¢ Builds partnerships across the organization.
â€¢ Maintains a holistic approach to the work and focuses on creating positive cultural change and an
engaged, patient-centered work environment.
â€¢ Takes full ownership of the work, follow-through, and the desired results.
â€¢ Demonstrates credibility with leadership, and is able to influence a complex organization of
â€¢ Facilitates a variety of programs utilizing an array of OD delivery methods.
BA/BS degree required. Masters degree preferred
Experience & Knowledge:
3+ years of organizational development experience in a large complex organization or the equivalent
Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge:
MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of Learning and Performance Management Systems
